Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the strategic portfolio for your assigned Disease Area.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of the national customer engagement strategy.
• Integrate digital and traditional channels from email to in-person visits.
• Create and optimize high-quality marketing messages and campaigns.
• Regularly shape the customer experience using feedback and data.
• Use real-time data insights to review and pivot plans for value.
• Define clear KPIs and track marketing effectiveness to drive outcomes.
