Job summary

Laminar Projects in the Nordic region seeks a seasoned Cost / Commercial Manager to elevate cost control beyond Excel and static reporting. You’ll lead from initial concepts through close-out, driving digital transformation and cross-functional collaboration with project managers, planners and design teams.

You’ll work in a flexible, hybrid setup with travel every other week to support regional operations; data centres and high-tech infra are preferred.

Qualifications

Mastery: Cost Management background with at least 10+ years of experience on construction projects.
Proficient in written and spoken English; additional language abilities (Norwegian) are an advantage.
Willingness to travel every other week to support regional operations.

Responsibilities

Supercharge client service: Deliver cutting-edge cost management powered by digital tools, moving beyond static reporting to dynamic project insight.
Cradle-to-grave expertise: Oversee every commercial aspect of projects, from initial concepts through close-out.
Champion collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with project managers, planners and design teams to ensure on-budget, high-quality delivery.
Innovate fearlessly: Bring fresh ideas to the table and design new processes to exceed industry standards.
