Qualifications
- Experience working as a dentist in a clinical setting.
- Exposure to consulting, startups, scaleups, or entrepreneurial environments is advantageous.
- Genuine passion for technology and AI; curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Adaptability and an entrepreneurial approach; urgency and teamwork.
- Professional fluency in Finnish and excellent communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Tandem’s solutions within dental practices and clinics.
- Develop a deep understanding of dental clinical workflows and tailor Tandem to meet dentists' needs.
- Deliver expert user support, resolve issues quickly, and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape Tandem’s dental offering.
- Represent Tandem at dental conferences, industry events, and workshops.
