Qualifications

• Experience of clinical work in healthcare or customer-facing work in social care.
• Exposure to consulting, scaleup/startup, or entrepreneurial environments.
• Genuine passion for technology and AI - curiosity and enthusiasm are essential.
• Adaptability and an entrepreneurial approach with urgency and teamwork.
• Quick thinking, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Native level language fluency in Finnish and excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Tandem’s solutions and guide users as a trusted expert throughout their transition.
• Develop a deep understanding of users’ clinical environments and tailor Tandem to address their requirements.
• Provide expert user support, resolve issues quickly, and surface opportunities for product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape Tandem’s product roadmap and initiatives.
• Represent Tandem at conferences, events, and workshops, sharing our vision with clinicians and stakeholders.
