Job summary

Tandem Health is hiring in Helsinki to scale an AI-enabled clinical notes platform for clinicians. This full-time role focuses on implementing Tandem’s solutions, guiding users, and tailoring the product to diverse clinical workflows across wellbeing services and private providers.

Qualifications

Experience of clinical work in healthcare or customer-facing work in social care.
Exposure to consulting, scaleup/startup, or entrepreneurial environments.
Genuine passion for technology and AI.
Adaptability and entrepreneurial approach.
Quick thinking, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Native level language fluency in Finnish and excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Tandem’s solutions and guide users as a trusted expert, supporting them throughout their transition to new ways of working.
Develop a deep understanding of users’ clinical environments and tailor Tandem to address their unique requirements.
Provide expert user support, quickly resolve issues, and surface opportunities for new product enhancements.
Collaborate closely with a world-class product and engineering team to shape Tandem’s product, contributing ideas and actively engaging in focused development initiatives.
Represent Tandem at conferences, events, and workshops, sharing our vision with clinicians and stakeholders.
