Musti Group in Lieto and Turku is hiring a Demand and Supply Planner for a fixed-term role to cover parental leave from 1 December 2026 to 15 November 2027. You will ensure in-house manufactured products are available across Europe by balancing the end-to-end supply chain from raw materials to store replenishment.

You will draft rough-cut production plans, smooth capacity loads on production lines and optimize finished goods inventory in warehouses, while validating forecasts and communicating

Qualificações

• Experience in supply planning, production planning and/or demand planning.
• Food industry background and relevant higher education is an advantage.
• Strong numerical capability, attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Finnish languages is required.
• Experience with RELEX planning software (or other modern planning solutions) is an advantage. Training is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Balance demand and supply for in-house manufactured products across Europe.
• Draft rough-cut production plan and smoothen capacity load on production lines.
• Optimize finished goods inventory levels in warehouses.
• Validate sales forecasts and communicate changes to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, store replenishment, purchasing and commercial teams.
