Leap29 is seeking BIM Engineers to support data centre projects in the Helsinki region. The roles involve coordinating mechanical BIM models (HVAC and ductwork) using Revit, and using Navisworks for clash detection.

On-site presence in Finland is required as projects progress through delivery. We expect experience in BIM coordination within construction environments and a data centre background is preferred.

Formación

• Previous experience as BIM Engineer, BIM Coordinator or Mechanical BIM Engineer.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with HVAC, ductwork or mechanical building services.
• Experience in construction/project delivery environments.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, construction and BIM disciplines.
• Data centre experience preferred.
• Comfortable with on-site, project-based work in Finland.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain coordinated mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Use Navisworks to support multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
• Coordinate HVAC and ductwork models with other project disciplines.
• Review model information and identify clashes or constructability issues.
• Collaborate with project teams throughout delivery.
• Incorporate design changes into BIM models.
• Support production and coordination of drawings and model information.
• Attend BIM/coordination meetings and communicate issues.
