Job summary

Hitachi Energy Finland Oy in Vaasa is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join the Grid Integration team. The role supports the Nordic Operating Unit across Finland, Sweden and Denmark, focusing on Building Information Modeling for substations and related projects.

You will coordinate BIM workflows, manage BEP, create models, and collaborate with global colleagues, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. A bachelor’s degree in construction or design and hands-on Autodesk Revit/Navisworks experience are

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish and good English skills; Nordic languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with BIM platforms and Autodesk tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project Common Data Environment for the project and train the team.
• Prepare federated models, perform clash detection and coordinate models.
• Create BIM Execution Plans from requirements and supervise development.
• Produce 3D renderings, animations, 4D simulations and other model uses.
• Implement BIM tools for site use and support budgets and estimates.
