Job summary

CTS Group seeks an experienced Integrated Systems Manager to lead delivery, integration, testing, commissioning and handover of BMS, EPMS, ELV, ICT and Fire Alarm systems on a major data centre project. You will be part of the Project Leadership Team and ensure safe, on-schedule delivery in line with specifications and client standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating design, managing interfaces, leading subcontractors and vendors, and driving risk, safety, quality and commissioning

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Controls or related discipline.
• 8–10 years delivering BMS/EPMS/ELV/Fire Alarm on major projects; 5+ years in package leadership.
• Strong knowledge of BMS/EPMS/HVAC, integrated systems and testing.
• Experience with structured cabling, fibre optic, ICT systems and system integrators.
• Proven testing, commissioning, integration and handover experience.
• Good understanding of programme, procurement, commercial and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the Integrated Systems package through the project lifecycle.
• Lead subcontractors, vendors and system integrators with clear scope and interfaces.
• Coordinate design development and review technical submittals, drawings, control philosophies and network architecture.
• Own and maintain the system interface matrix across BMS, EPMS, Fire Alarm, ICT and OT networks.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, CSA, Design and Commissioning teams and support BIM coordination.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT, testing and handover activities.
• Support client demonstrations and operation handover.
