Job summary

Johnson Controls in the Helsinki metropolitan area seeks a BMS Engineer to lead design review, commissioning and handover on data centre projects, coordinating with M&E contractors and end users. You will develop software and hardware integration, perform FAT and site commissioning, verify safety, and deliver complete system documentation, with strong English communication and onsite work.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation engineering and 5+ years of BMS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Automation Engineering (or related field) with 5+ years BMS commissioning.
Strong HVAC/BMS commissioning experience including AHUs, terminal units, actuators and controllers.
Experience with BMS platforms (Metasys, EasyIO, Tridium Niagara, Niagara, Siemens, Schneider Electric) and English communication.

Responsibilities

Review project specs and designs, identify commissioning risks with the Project Manager.
Perform FAT, integrated tests, site commissioning and handover documentation.
Develop, test, load and commission BMS software and network controllers.
Coordinate with subcontractors and end users; ensure safety and compliance.
