Job summary

CSG Talent seeks an experienced Project Director to lead end-to-end delivery of major data centre developments in Finland. The role holds senior leadership responsibility from concept and early development through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

The Project Director will coordinate CSA and MEP teams, drive governance and ensure integration across disciplines, while maintaining budget, schedule and quality controls for a growing data centre platform.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering complex data centre or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading CSA and MEP teams.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Finland as required.

Responsibilities

• Take overall accountability for the successful end-to-end delivery of the data centre project from concept through to handover.
• Lead, manage and develop the CSA and MEP project teams, ensuring integration across disciplines.
• Provide leadership across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Establish and manage the project delivery strategy, programme, governance and reporting.
• Maintain responsibility for programme, budget, risk, quality and project performance.
• Ensure delivery is safe and compliant with Finnish regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with commissioning leadership to test, commission and achieve operational readiness.
• Lead the project through final completion, documentation and handover to the operations team.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Build a high-performing project organisation for future phases and developments.
