Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC project experience including installations and retrofits.
• Ability to prepare MOS, submittals, risk assessments, and work schedules.
• Experience coordinating site teams, stakeholders and contractors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC retrofit and installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Plan, design, and implement HVAC systems for retrofit and installation activities.
• Conduct detailed site surveys and inspections to assess project requirements.
• Prepare and review MOS, risk assessments, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and supervise installation activities.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor quality on site and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Identify and procure materials and equipment for project delivery.
• Manage resources to support project progress and profitability.
• Track delivery against schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
