Job summary

Johnson Controls in Finland is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to support service, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of chiller and HVAC systems at customer sites. You will join industrial, data center and retrofit projects, ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction while maintaining high safety standards.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, carry out repairs and installations, and coordinate with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience servicing HVAC and chiller systems.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical and control drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers and HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues.
• Carry out repairs, component replacements, upgrades, and retrofit activities.
• Identify required spare parts and support parts selection and replacement planning.
• Record operating parameters and maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
• Support equipment start-up and commissioning activities when required.
