Solita is seeking a Solution Architect with a strong sales mindset to help clients turn data and integration into measurable business value. You’ll connect business strategy with technology, working with customers, sales teams and delivery professionals to shape compelling proposals and drive growth.

In this role you’ll blend consulting, architecture and pre-sales, guiding roadmaps, defining offerings, and driving growth across Finland and Europe.

Qualificações

• Experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture, or data architecture.
• Strong data management, API & integration architecture and data solution design.
• Experience in consulting and collaborating with customer stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical roadmaps.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience or interest in solution sales, pre-sales, offering creation and business development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to turn customer demand into opportunities.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Connect business strategy, operating models and technology capabilities with customers.
• Design practical solution architectures, roadmaps and implementation approaches with customers and delivery teams.
• Lead and facilitate solution architecture work across data, API & integration and transformation initiatives.
• Help customers improve data management, master data and architectural practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor for business and technology stakeholders.
• Support sales and pre-sales by identifying opportunities and shaping solutions.
• Define solution scope, delivery approaches and value propositions with sales and delivery teams.
• Drive business development and offering creation aligned with strategy and customer demand.
• Translate architectural concepts, data management and AI capabilities into business benefits.
• Collaborate with Solita's experts across Data & AI, Cloud, Software Development and Design.
