Job summary

Evenpay, Finland’s leading compensation management platform, seeks a Customer Success & Implementation Manager in Helsinki. You will own end-to-end customer journeys from onboarding to ongoing platform use, designing scalable onboarding and support practices to deliver excellent customer experience.

The role is hands-on and individual-contributor, collaborating with customers and the Evenpay team to ensure successful adoption, renewal, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer success, implementation, account management, consulting, operations, or another customer-facing role.
• Ability to communicate professionally in Finnish and English, in writing and speaking.
• Organised and able to manage several customers, priorities and timelines.
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, lookups and pivot tables.
• Explain complex topics clearly and adapt communication to different audiences.
• Curious and proactive about evolving pay transparency requirements across EU.
• Take initiative, follow through, and stay calm when unclear.
• Enjoy growing with a company where processes are still being developed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer ownership from onboarding to ongoing platform use.
• Design, document and improve the onboarding journey to be clear, efficient and scalable.
• Define how ongoing customer support should work, including channels and response practices.
• Answer questions, investigate issues and coordinate resolutions with customers informed.
• Help customers understand and apply the platform in day-to-day compensation work.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption and engagement and identify risks early.
• Create resources like onboarding guides, training materials, FAQs, and internal playbooks.
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into insights for product and commercial teams.
• Support renewals and identify opportunities for additional value from Evenpay.
