Job summary

Kultakiertue Oy in Finland is expanding its customer-focused team as part of its international growth. You will contact existing customers by phone, confirm appointments, and reschedule them when needed with a friendly, professional approach.

The role offers a fixed monthly base salary of 2000€ plus performance-based bonuses, a flexible hybrid work model, and strong opportunities to grow your career within an international organization.

Qualifications

• Fluent in the local language of the market you are applying for.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence and ease in communicating with customers over the phone.
• A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A careful, organised, and self-driven approach to work.
• Previous experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or sales is considered an advantage.
