Job summary

Aito Talotekniikka Oy in Espoo is seeking a motivated team lead for our mobile customer acquisition team in Uusimaa. You will guide daily activities, coach teammates, and help drive top results in door-to-door sales.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, recruitment support, and close collaboration with sales management to meet ambitious goals. Start date is asap, permanent, full-time (37.5 h/week), with offices in Espoo and mobile work across the region.

What does the team lead's work involve?

As a team lead, you are your team's support and safety in the field. Your duties include:

• Team leadership: You encourage and spar with your team for daily top results in door-to-door work.
• Setting an example: You are in the field contacting customers and booking free condition assessments – you show with your attitude how work is done effectively.
• Recruitment and onboarding: You participate in the selection of team members and ensure that new employees get up to speed.
• Result monitoring: You report on results and work closely with sales management to achieve goals.
