Job summary

Aito Talotekniikka Oy is seeking a mobile customer acquisition agent to join our Uusimaa teams. You will meet customers door-to-door, present our free survey, and book appointments for our sales representatives.

Start immediately or as agreed. Permanent full-time position based at our Espoo office, with primarily mobile work across Uusimaa and flexible, performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish language required.
• A persistent and positive attitude is essential.

Role

As a mobile customer acquisition agent, you will move door-to-door, talk to customers, explain the free survey, and set appointments for our sales representatives.

Compensation

Our customer acquisition agents earn on average €1,250–€3,500 per month through commissions, with no salary cap.

Requirements

Training

No prior knowledge of electrical renovations or sewer pipe replacements is needed, as we teach all necessary information.
