Job summary

Elisa's Creative Studio in Helsinki is seeking a Project Coordinator to keep creative projects on track from brief to delivery. You will coordinate timelines, resources and approvals, and facilitate communication across marketing stakeholders.

Strong time management and the ability to balance multiple projects are essential. Required: 2–4 years in project coordination or related roles, fluent Finnish and English, and experience with PM tools like Asana or Jira.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, account management, production, or studio operations.
• Experience overseeing omnichannel production for marketing and brand campaigns, including digital and print assets.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, schedules and workflows.
• Track deadlines, deliverables and overall project progress.
• Organise meetings, briefs, reviews and approvals.
• Facilitate communication between creative teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and budgets.
• Identify risks and help resolve project bottlenecks.
• Support the Creative Studio team in delivering high-quality work efficiently.
