Job summary

Easyfairs Finland is seeking a proactive Marketing & Event Coordinator for FFCR Helsinki 2027. The role blends marketing, event coordination and customer communication, from creating social media content to liaising with exhibitors and speakers.

Based primarily remote with onsite FFCR Helsinki duties, you’ll join a Nordic team and contribute across the full event journey. The position is ideal for early-career professionals with a can-do attitude, Canva skills, and a desire to grow in

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring creativity, organisation and reliability.
• Experience or interest in marketing, communications or events is advantageous.
• Proactive, able to work independently and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create social media content and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with speakers, exhibitors and customers.
• Support day-to-day event tasks and vendor outreach.
• Assist with onsite event preparations and during FFCR Helsinki.
• Maintain clear, friendly customer service and timely communications.
