Job summary

Shook is seeking a Freelance Creative Operations Manager to own the production machine from concept to final cut. You will develop scripts, manage talent, and oversee AI-assisted workflows to deliver high-performing assets on tight timelines.

You’ll collaborate with creators, maintain strong relationships, and refine modular ad structures to enable scalable testing across campaigns. Remote-first with CET overlap.

Qualifications

• Hands-on scriptwriting and concept development experience.
• Ability to optimize messy workflows and create scalable processes.
• Deep understanding of TikTok dynamics and native editing styles.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong feedback delivery while maintaining relationships.
• Interest in building modular ad structures for scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production workflow balancing creativity and speed.
• Develop concept and script before shooting and manage talent.
