Job summary

Seepia Games Ltd is seeking a Creative Producer to join our Playables team. You’ll combine hands-on concepting, creative execution, and day-to-day production, turning client briefs into interactive ideas that convert.

Work with a small cross-functional team of artists and developers to bring high-performing playable ads to life, guiding scope, timelines and quality, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation without lowering standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative production or related field.
• Portfolio showing original thinking in games and playable ads.
• Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics and what makes ads perform.
• Ability to read performance data, form hypotheses and test ideas.
• Solid production and project management, from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Concept original hooks and gameplay ideas for playable ads.
• Read performance data and build iteration plans to improve results.
• Turn client briefs and market insights into new creative directions.
• Own client accounts from brief to delivery and manage timelines.
• Lead execution with artists and developers and manage scope.
