Radisson RED Helsinki is seeking an Operations Manager to lead hotel operations, drive profitability and guest satisfaction, and champion RED’s creative culture. You will manage teams, optimize budgets, and align with brand standards across the Helsinki venue.

You will be a strong communicator, tech-savvy leader with fluency in Finnish and English, ready to shape the guest experience in a fast-paced, artistic environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel operations and leadership experience (Director of Operations, Hotel Manager)
• Strong leadership, motivation and relationship-building
• Fluent in Finnish and English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with RED and Radisson Hotel Group’s mission, vision, values and strategies
• Achieve the venue’s profit, customer service and revenue goals, by leading the operations of the hotel
• Lead the development of strategies and practices that support the engagement and retention of all creatives (ie employees)
• Embrace the RED service culture – reinforcing skills for creatives that create a lasting impression on guests and the overall guest experience
