Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking an Associate Community Director to assist the Community Director in managing financial and operational aspects of a multifamily community. You will handle rent collection, invoicing, reporting, and close-out activities using the property management system.

You’ll also support leasing and resident relations, supervise on-site operations with the team, and ensure adherence to company policies and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years in multifamily property operations.
• Ability to collect rent, prepare financial reports, and manage invoices.
• Proficiency with property management software and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and payments, posts transactions, and prepares daily deposits.
• Reviews invoices, codes charges, and coordinates with accounting.
• Manages resident files, delinquencies, and lease enforcement.
• Assists in leasing and marketing to support occupancy goals.
• Resolves resident questions and maintains brand standards.
