Sage Ventures LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee site employees, daily operations, and maximize asset value across our properties. You will implement policies, manage leasing teams, and coordinate renovations to ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience using property management software and MS Office. This on-site position includes competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of property management experience required.
• Experience with leasing.
• Experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office, YARDI or other property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site employees, daily operations and increase asset value.
• Manage Assistant Manager, Leasing and Maintenance Teams; hire and develop staff; create schedules; conduct performance evaluations.
• Create and oversee the property budget.
• Report timely to Regional Manager; maintain communications.
• Oversee third-party inspections and renovation projects.
• Perform other duties to maintain the property and meet resident needs.
• Serve as backup for roles at the property as needed.
