Job summary

SunUra Oy invites you to join as a professional job coach in Imatra and Lappeenranta. The role is permanent, flexible hourly, suitable as extra work or for an entrepreneur, with first openings in September.

Group-based coaching runs on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00, with necessary preparation time. You will develop clients’ job-search skills, motivate progression, map competencies, facilitate employer cooperation, network with regional partners, and report on activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in career/work coaching is required.
• At least six months delivering group job-coaching services.
• Knowledge of the South Karelia region.
• Good Finnish language skills.

The first openings are in September for group-based, easy-to-understand job-search coaching. The coaching sessions run on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00, and the coach’s day includes necessary preparation.

Contract and Compensation

We offer a permanent, flexible hourly contract or the possibility to work via own business ID. Salary: 19-23 EUR/hour, depending on experience, training, and language skills, plus a performance bonus.

Employees receive ePass access (for exercise, culture, wellbeing), valued at 125 EUR/year for part-time staff, and extensive occupational health services.
