Job summary

IQM is seeking a Fabrication Operator focused on Logistics to ensure the smooth flow of materials for QPU production in Espoo. You will manage consumables, PPE, chemicals, and parts, organize environments to 5S, and coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse to meet material needs for equipment and fabrication areas.

In this onsite role, you will run weekly inventories in NetSuite and MES, set alarm limits, and ensure storage locations align with MES.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in cleanroom or logistics operations.
• Minimum logistics vocational degree (or equivalent working history).
• Ability to handle chemical inventory according to SOPs.
• Understanding of logistics systems and Lean 5S practices.
• Strong technical communication skills: describing a problem and the fix to stakeholders.
• Precise attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.
• Willingness for hands-on physical work with daily lifting and moving stock.
• Problem-solver: identify root causes when stock and system don’t match.
• Comfort with change as processes grow and improve.
• Professional level English.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly material inventories for QPU production in NetSuite and MES.
• Maintain inventory control of cleanroom consumables and parts.
• Raise material orders based on stock levels and alarm limits.
• Receive and store incoming materials and transport stock safely.
• Define storage locations and conditions per material type (ESD, chemicals).
• Organize cleanroom supply stock across all areas.
• Manage lifecycle; storing, archiving, disposal, recycling as instructed.
• Keep stock labels and MES data in sync across locations.
• Handle chemical inventory per SOPs and maintain 5S standard.
• Report abnormalities and incidents to Team Leader and H&S, and participate in team meetings.
