Job summary

IQM Finland Oy in Espoo seeks a Fabrication Operator for the Logistics module to keep materials flowing for QPU production, including consumables and cleanroom supplies. You will organize the workspace to 5S standards and collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse.

You’ll run weekly inventories in NetSuite and MES, raise orders, receive and store materials, and ensure storage locations are mapped in the system.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run weekly material inventories in NetSuite and MES, managing codes, history, and stock levels.
• Maintain cleanroom consumables and parts inventory and support Equipment, Fabrication, Facilities.
• Raise material orders with Procurement based on stock levels and verify needs.
• Receive, store, and transport materials into the cleanroom safely.
• Define storage locations and conditions per type, including ES D-sensitive parts.
• Organize cleanroom stock across all areas independently.
• Manage life-cycle of versions and components: storing, archiving, disposal, recycling.
• Keep stock and MES-labeled locations aligned.
• Handle chemical inventory per SOPs and uphold 5S in the workspace.
• Report issues to Team Leader and participate in team meetings.

The work

We're looking for Fabrication Operator focusing on Logistics module. You'll keep the materials flowing that QPU production runs on: consumables, PPE, chemicals, equipment parts, and cleanroom supplies. Nothing gets fabricated if the right material isn't in the right place, stored the right way, at the right time, and that is your call to make. You'll also own how the working environment is organized, to 5S standard.

You'll join our Production F1 team in Espoo, reporting to the Team Leader, Wafer Production, and work closely with Procurement and Warehouse to get materials in, and support the material needs of Equipment, Fabrication, Cleanroom, Facilities, and Delivery. It's a role built on trust: people rely on your inventory being accurate without checking it themselves.

In your first six months, you'll run weekly inventories independently in NetSuite and MES, have alarm limits set so orders land before anything runs short, and keep every storage location in the cleanroom labeled, mapped, and matching the system.

This is an onsite role in Espoo. We work flexible hours today, and some evening work is possible. As production scales, this role may move to shift work.

What you’ll actually do

• Run weekly material inventories for QPU production - consumables, PPE, and chemicals - in NetSuite and MES, handling product codes, order history, and stock levels
• Keep inventory control of cleanroom consumables and parts, and support the material needs of Equipment, Fabrication, and Facilities
• Raise material orders with Procurement based on stock levels, set the alarm limits that trigger them, and check that what was ordered is what we actually need
• Receive and store incoming materials, and transport stock safely into the cleanroom environment
• Define storage locations and storing conditions per material type, from ESD-sensitive components to chemicals and equipment parts
• Organize cleanroom supply stock and materials across all cleanroom areas independently
• Handle life-cycle management for versions and components: storing, archiving, disposal, and recycling to instruction
• Keep supply stock, cleanroom cabinets, and production storage labeled and signed, with every location matching what MES says is there
• Handle chemical inventory to SOPs, and hold the working environment to 5S standard
• Report abnormalities, incidents, and near misses to the Team Leader and H&S, give feedback on cleanroom cleaning and laundry sub‑contractors, and take part in weekly and monthly team meetings

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in cleanroom or logistics operations
• Minimum logistics vocational degree (or an equivalent amount of relevant working history)
• The ability to handle chemical inventory according to SOPs
• A working understanding of logistics systems and tools, and of 5S and Lean ways of working
• Good technical communication skills: describing a problem and the fix clearly to the stakeholders who need to act on it
• Precise attention to detail across complex fabrication processes, with a safety-first mindset
• The habit of keeping a traceable record of your work, and of following safety rules without shortcuts
• Readiness for hands‑on physical work. There's daily lifting and moving of stock
• A problem‑solver: when stock and system don't match, you work out where it came from instead of just flagging it
• Comfort with change: we're building our processes as production grows. You follow the protocol and help develop it further
• Professional level English

• Special material knowledge: ESD-sensitive parts, cleanroom consumables, chemical storage, equipment spares, recycling
