IQM Quantum Computers in Espoo is seeking a Fabrication Operator for Logistics to ensure timely material flow for QPU production. You will manage inventories, implement 5S standards, and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Equipment teams.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and collaboration in a fast-growing high-tech environment. Onsite role in Espoo with potential shift work as production scales.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in cleanroom or logistics operations.
• Minimum logistics vocational degree or equivalent.
• Ability to handle chemical inventory according to SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Run weekly material inventories for QPU production in NetSuite and MES, handling product codes, order history, and stock levels.
• Keep inventory control of cleanroom consumables and parts, and support material needs of Equipment, Fabrication, and Facilities.
• Raise material orders with Procurement based on stock levels, and verify orders match needs.
• Receive and store incoming materials, and transport stock safely into the cleanroom environment.
• Define storage locations and storing conditions per material type, including ESDS components and chemicals.
• Organize cleanroom supply stock across all cleanroom areas independently.
• Manage lifecycle of versions and components: storing, archiving, disposal, and recycling.
• Keep supply stock, cleanroom cabinets, and production storage labeled, with locations matching MES.
• Handle chemical inventory to SOPs, and maintain 5S standards.
• Report abnormalities and incidents to Team Leader and H&S, and participate in weekly/monthly meetings.
