Job summary

ALSO Group in Finland is seeking a technically skilled Sales Engineer to strengthen the Cisco business. You will be the technical expert within the five-person Cisco team, designing solutions, building configurations, and supporting partners to grow Cisco opportunities.

The role emphasizes customer-focused sales, cross-functional collaboration with Cisco and ALSO sales, and ongoing training to expand Cisco expertise. Hybrid working and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• CCNA certification and good understanding of Cisco technologies
• Sales-oriented and customer-focused approach
• Ability to understand customer needs and identify technically and commercially suitable solutions
• Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, self-driven and results-oriented with ability to manage several priorities
• Willingness to share expertise and contribute to the team

Responsibilities

• Design complex Cisco product configurations with reseller partners and Cisco specialists
• Support partners in sales opportunities requiring technical expertise
• Build quotations and solution proposals with sales and partners
• Identify solutions meeting customer needs and communicate their tech and business benefits
• Collaborate with Cisco, resellers, ALSO Cisco team and the ALSO sales organization
• Plan and deliver technical/product training for partners and the ALSO team
