Saarijärven Vuokra-asunnot Oy invites applications for a part-time Chief Executive Officer to guide and grow the City of Saarijärvi's rental housing portfolio and to launch a new municipal subsidiary at the start of 2027.

The CEO will lead governance, financial planning, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring financial stability and alignment with owner objectives. Location: Saarijärvi, Finland. Employment type: part-time (30%). Salary around €1,650 per month.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher.
• Strong finance and real estate expertise.

• Knowledge of regulations relating to VVO/ARA-funded housing stock.

Saarijärven Vuokra-asunnot Oy is seeking a part-time Chief Executive Officer to lead and develop the city’s rental housing portfolio and to start the operations of a new company. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the City of Saarijärvi, tasked with owning, managing and developing the city’s rental housing stock. The operation will commence at the start of 2027, and the CEO will play a central role in building and launching the new company.
