Responsibilities include managing daily operations and development of the club, financial administration (budgeting, sales, invoicing, financial tracking), coordinating staff, coaches, team managers, volunteers and other actors, handling communications, marketing and external partnerships, developing cooperation with sponsors and municipalities, contributing to strategic planning and implementation, and planning and leading club events and activities. The candidate should have experience in club activities (preferably football or sports), understanding of administrative work and sports administration, strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills, ability to work systematically and independently, willingness to cooperate with volunteers, coaches, players, parents, partners and other stakeholders, and a mindset to carry projects forward and develop activities long term. Proficiency in Finnish and Swedish, a valid driving license and willingness to undergo background checks are also required.
