Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking an Executive Head of Coaching and Programming to lead the DSOA, Arts Portfolio coaching function end-to-end—from recruiting and developing coaches to defining quality standards and compensation structures.

The role requires a strong people leader with a track record in building scalable coaching programs, paired with a passion for dance and performing arts. You will partner with VP-Product & Strategy and cross-functional teams to drive growth and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a coaching, training, or membership-services team.
• Hands-on experience growing a business and guiding owners through growth.
• Track record building or overhauling QA or performance-scoring processes.
• Experience designing compensation structures or partnering with People/Finance on comp design.
• Comfortable evaluating calls against a rubric and giving feedback.
• Strong program management skills with a calendar of coaching and training calls.
• Data-driven mindset translating analytics into coaching improvements.
• Passion for the dance and performing-arts world and serving studio owners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, renewals, and curriculum to maintain Inner Circle standard.
• Own end-to-end coach recruiting, onboarding, and mentor experiences.
• Build a coaching QA process with rubrics, audits, and feedback loops.
• Evaluate and develop coaches; address underperformance up to offboarding.
• Set coaching and programming standards in partnership with the team and network.
• Track metrics on utilization, quality, retention, and member satisfaction; report health to leadership.
• Use AI tools to streamline recruiting, quality review, and reporting workflows.
