Job summary

SilverBack is recruiting a BMS Project Manager for a major data centre project in Helsinki. You will lead the BMS package from design through installation, commissioning and handover, coordinating across mechanical, electrical and controls teams.

The role requires 5+ years in BMS/controls, experience managing subcontractors, and strong communication skills. English is essential; Finnish is a plus. The assignment offers a competitive daily rate and full mobilisation support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in BMS, controls or building automation.
• Previous experience as a BMS Project Manager, BMS Package Manager, Controls Manager or similar.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of BMS and controls integration.
• Experience managing subcontractors and specialist vendors.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• English essential; Finnish advantageous.
