Job summary

Elisa is hiring a BI Engineer to strengthen our AI data platform team. You will maintain Elisa's Looker environment while collaborating with Power BI, BigQuery, and Python-based automation to deliver driven analytics and governance across the organization.

You will help analysts and business teams have a reliable, well-structured foundation for reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics. The role involves hands-on platform development, semantic modeling, and close collaboration with users

Qualifications

• Hands-on BI experience with analytics platforms and governance.
• Ability to design semantic models and governed datasets.
• Experience enabling self-service analytics and reporting.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Looker environment and LookML solutions.
• Design semantic models and reusable analytics components.
• Support Power BI solutions and platform capabilities.
• Use Python to automate platform operations and governance.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive platform upgrades and improvements.
