Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth in Finland.
• Identify, target, and acquire new customers within key industry sectors.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand supply chain challenges and logistics requirements.
• Present tailored freight forwarding and logistics solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing agreements, and contracts.
• Collaborate with operations, pricing, and customer solutions teams for onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting in the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and gross profit targets.
