Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for its Technology & Product teams. You will act as a strategic partner to leaders, shaping hiring decisions and process quality across a global organization.

Lead AI-enabled recruiting workflows, collaborate with People teams, and drive initiatives that scale globally. Based in Finland, Sweden, or the UK, you’ll help recruit for roles spanning the US market and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering senior hires under time pressure while preserving quality.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders across a global org to align on roles and expectations.
• Fluent English and exceptional communication; comfortable presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for Technology & Product teams, leveraging TA colleagues and partners when needed.
• Build and manage sourcing pipelines to ensure a strong candidate flow before urgency arises.
• Coach hiring managers on role scoping, interview design, and assessment methods.
• Deliver market intelligence, including talent availability and benchmarks, to inform planning.
• Design AI-native recruiting workflows and drive adoption across the global TA team.
