Job summary

RELEX Solutions in Helsinki, Finland, is looking for a Product Engineer to reinvent how we build and ship forecasting models. You will design, implement and improve plugin-based models end-to-end for retail and wholesale customers, owning from concept to production.

You will work across multiple customer environments, applying AI tools and operating with autonomy in a distributed team. Fluent English and travel willingness are valued, with opportunities for international collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Understanding of modern forecasting and modelling methods.
• Proven track record independently owning ML/modelling work end-to-end.
• Enthusiasm for AI-assisted engineering and reasoning with AI tools.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and no fixed process.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and improve plugin-based forecasting models end to end: feature engineering, testing, and iterating on performance in live customer environments.
• Take forecasting problems from business need to a working model running for a customer, with ownership over decisions.
• Collaborate across multiple customer environments and generalize where possible.
• Use AI and agentic tools as core parts of development, not just passive usage.
• Operate with autonomy in a distributed team with no fixed playbook.
