Job summary

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Finnish.
Experience in Solution Engineering, Digital Marketing, or Customer Success with Salesforce tech.
Strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions including Data360 and CDPs.
High-impact, deal-making mindset with an AI/data focus.
Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
Ability to articulate a strategic vision for marketing and data tech driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define problems, research, and identify opportunities to drive next steps.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to create customer roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data360.
Demonstrate solutions with software demos and executive presentations to bring data-driven experiences to life.
Develop future-state customer journey strategies and long-term technology roadmaps with customers, AE, and partners.
