Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Marketing Solution Engineer Specialist in Espoo to bridge digital marketing strategy and technology. You will architect unified data strategies using Data360 to power personalized customer engagement across the Marketing portfolio, including Agentforce Marketing Solutions for AI-driven customer communications.

You will craft future-state journey strategies, deliver demonstrations, and work with stakeholders to build roadmaps leveraging Contentful and other components

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in solution engineering or digital marketing with Salesforce technology.
• Strong data-driven marketing and customer engagement knowledge.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to develop strategic marketing and data technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define problems and opportunities through research and business assessment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build customer roadmaps for Agentforce and Data360.
• Demonstrate solutions with compelling software demonstrations and prototypes.
• Develop future-state journey strategies and technology roadmaps.
