Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking an IT Systems & Architecture Lead to join our IT team in Helsinki or Dublin (hybrid). You will define company-wide integration architecture and set standards for AI-enabled workflows, collaborating with Product, Security, and BizOps to ensure scale and maintainability.

You will maintain the master map of systems, work with Security on Zero Trust, ZTNA, SSO, IAM, and interact with our AI agents and SaaS stack to design robust solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with strong, hands-on skills in API architecture: REST, webhooks, event-driven patterns, OAuth, SAML.
• Experience with LLMs and AI platforms (Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent) at an integration and architecture level.
• Proficiency in Python and Go, and familiarity with n8n, Make, or equivalent automation platforms to define standards.
• Security architecture fundamentals: Zero Trust, ZTNA, SSO, IAM, NHI.
• An ownership mindset with a company-wide, scalable approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and evolving the master map of every system and application in the company, ownership, costs, and renewals.
• Partnering with Security to define architecture standards for Zero Trust, ZTNA, SSO, IAM, and contributing to SOC 2 evidence.
• Working with the Systems Specialist on the integration layer between n8n, our SaaS stack, and the AI agents.
• Stepping in early when a business team is about to solve a problem the wrong way, and collaborating to find the right answer.
