Job summary

Aurora Live in Helsinki is seeking a motivated AI-Driven Full Stack Developer to build and enhance our proprietary platforms. You’ll contribute across the full stack, applying AI-driven techniques to deliver smarter, faster software for leaders across Europe.

You’ll collaborate with an international team of 20+ developers, participate in design discussions, implement scalable solutions, and help raise our technical standards while focusing on user experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with full stack development using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern frameworks.
• Experience with React/Angular/Vue and Node.js, with ability to learn new tools.
• Relational databases such as MySQL/MariaDB, and API design with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud platforms and DevOps practices (Git, Docker, CI/CD).
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and automation (n8n/Robot Framework) a plus.
• AI-driven development experience is a plus, using tools like OpenAI Codex/Claude.
• Good eye for layout aesthetics, analytical mindset, and strong communication.
• Team-oriented and passionate about automation and efficiency.

As we grow, we are looking for an AI-Driven Full Stack Developer to join our Helsinki team. In this role, you will help shape the next generation of Aurora Live’s digital products and services, combining full-stack expertise with modern AI-driven ways of building smarter, more impactful solutions. We have international software team of 20+ members, of which 8 are in Finland. We use agile methods to organize our work and aim for continuous improvement as a team.

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll build, maintain, and enhance our platforms, working with a variety of technologies. You’ll contribute at every stage of the development lifecycle – from design to deployment – while improving both new and existing features. In this role, you’ll:

• Take part in functional and technical design discussions
• Architect and design technical solutions
• Write software requirements
• Write clean and functional code for both front-end and back-end
• Evaluate and improve existing and AI generated code
• Have ambition to create exceptional user experiences
• Collaborate closely with the development team to elevate our technical standards
• Impact the stability, performance, and usability of our products for customers and internal users alike

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience with both front-end and back-end development
• Proficiency with web technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and at least one front-end framework (e.g. React, Angular or Vue) and libraries
• Hands-on expertise with server-side technologies such as Node.js, and the ability to learn new tools and languages
• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL,MariaDB).
• Solid experience with APIs, GraphQL.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud platforms and Services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, VPC, API Gateway, Route53…)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (Git, Docker, AWS CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with CRM systems (like HubSpot) and automation technologies (like n8n or Robot Framework) is a plus
• Experience with AI driven development is a plus (e.g. Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Antigravity)
• A good eye for layout aesthetics and design.
• Analytical mindset with excellent time management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for automation and finding efficiencies—aiming to automate tasks wherever possible
• A team-oriented mindset, eager to share knowledge and collaborate with others
