Job summary

Metsä Group is looking for an AI Developer to join its Digital & AI function in Espoo, Finland. You will design, develop, deploy and maintain production-grade AI capabilities that create measurable business value.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure AI solutions, implement MLOps, and optimize costs while aligning with Metsä Group’s architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a relevant quantitative field.
• Strong expertise in AI application development and ML deployment.
• Proven experience with cloud AI services and DevOps practices.
• Ability to design secure, scalable AI architectures and control costs.
