Qualifications

• Proven experience building LLM-based applications that reached production.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and orchestration.
• Experience working against AI and LLM APIs from several providers.
• Full-stack capability from UI to backend services and deployment.
• Docker and containers with CI/CD and monitoring.
• Familiarity with Azure; AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Ability to work directly with customers and explain trade-offs.
• Working proficiency in English; Finnish is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Map customer processes into agentic workflows and determine decision points.
• Design and build tool-using agents for multi-step tasks with controlled autonomy.
• Build the tool and integration layer, including API connections and data stores.
• Develop the application around the agent from UI to deployment pipelines.
• Deploy solutions on Azure, other clouds, or on-premises with local models.
• Implement controls for data privacy, permissions, and audit logs.
• Stay current with AI tooling and assess production readiness.
