Job summary

BearingPoint is expanding its Data & AI practice in Finland and seeks AI Engineers to deliver production-ready AI solutions. You will build AI-powered applications, design scalable architectures, and work with clients to translate needs into technical outcomes.

You will collaborate across frontend, backend, and cloud, leveraging LLMs and agentic AI to create measurable business value while growing your own expertise in a hybrid Helsinki-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience across frontend, backend and cloud environments.
• Experience designing, integrating and consuming APIs.
• Fluent English communication; Finnish and/or Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, AI agents, and cloud-native solutions
• Design scalable architectures and integrate applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and enterprise environments
• Develop intelligent software solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, MCP, and agentic AI capabilities
• Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Identify and help shape opportunities where AI can create measurable business value for clients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end solutions from concept to production
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders
