The ideal candidate has strong SQL and Python skills, experience with Power BI and Databricks, and applies AI/LLMs to logistics data to create value.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong SQL and Python for data work across multiple source systems.
• Experience applying AI/LLMs to data-related use cases and building conversational tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced analyses on Wärtsilä Global Logistics Services data.
• Build conversational agents that answer questions in natural language.
• Create solutions to query structured data and logistics documents in natural language.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver analyses, reports, dashboards or tools.
• ETL tasks: extract, transform and prepare data from diverse sources.
• Maintain reports and visualizations where they fit best.
• Contribute to improving reporting and AI-ready data practices and governance.
• Support users in adopting AI-based analytics safely and effectively.
