Job summary

Wärtsilä seeks a Digital Marketing Development and Technology Lead to steer data, analytics, and AI initiatives across the Marketing & Communications function. You will develop scalable capabilities, define measurable outcomes, and showcase business value through governance and dashboards.

You will partner with IT, regional teams, and marketing stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption and improve decision making through insights. This senior role reports to the Head of Digital Marketing Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global data, analytics, and AI strategy within Marketing & Communications.
• Develop dashboards and reporting in collaboration with IT and other development leads.
• Drive the AI strategy and roadmap to transform marketing operations and impact.
