Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Director for AFEMEA, leading the strategy development and transformation portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. You will partner with BU leaders to identify growth opportunities, set priorities and drive major programmes to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep experience in strategic planning, governance, and cross-functional leadership, with fluency in English and a track record of delivering complex

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation or corporate development.
• Experience leading multi-country manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or related sectors.
• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the AFEMEA strategy.
• Manage the annual strategic planning process and longer-term roadmap.
• Identify growth opportunities and investment priorities with BU leaders.
• Develop fact-based recommendations for strategic decisions and governance.
