Job summary

Elisa seeks an experienced Director, business change management, to drive transformation across major programs and industry collaboration. You will partner with senior leaders, contribute to TM Forum engagements, and shape Elisa's customer processes and capabilities for the future.

You will lead business owners and change leaders, define governance, and ensure value realization while aligning initiatives with Elisa's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business transformation or large-scale change programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level influencing skills.
• Experience with business case governance, KPI frameworks, and benefit tracking.
• Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks and related industry standards.
• Excellent communication in Finnish and English; ability to engage international partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own strategic transformation initiatives to drive measurable business value.
• Act as the business owner in steering groups and governance forums.
• Define and realize KPI value, benefits, and roadmap outcomes.
• Direct Product Owners and design teams for process and system changes.
• Drive end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process development and BAU alignment.
• Manage scope, backlog, and risk mitigation across programs.
• Collaborate with TM Forum, industry partners, and international forums.
