Job summary

AFRY Management Consulting in Finland is seeking a recent graduate or early-career Analyst/Consultant with up to three years of relevant experience and a strong interest in energy and bioindustry sector transition.

You will join our team of energy, bioindustry and sustainability consultants in Finland and contribute to challenging strategic, market analysis and advisory projects for local and international clients.

Qualifications

• MSc in Engineering, Business or related field with good academic performance.
• At least 2 years in energy/bioindustry analysis or management consulting.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem solving with modelling capability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets and industry developments using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Develop techno-economic or financial analyses and cash-flow models.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and meet deadlines.
• Create clear reports and presentations from complex insights.
• Collaborate with international project teams on consulting engagements.
• Contribute ideas to proposals and business development.
• Use digital and AI tools responsibly, verify inputs and sources.
• Build trusted relationships and continuously develop sector knowledge.
